Figured it was a tax move to cover gains.... appreciate the confirmation. That being said I’d bet AF still jumps on the bash wagon to scare loose some shares.

Difference is one shows the Price footnote (Explanation of Responses:) and one does not.

Will NP file an amendment to todays Form 4 explaining the "Price $0" or will he go straight to Proactive paid tout video and explain it there?
