The Visolis Transaction is mentioned hundred upon hundred of times in the court documents and throughout the Proceedings. If it is defined as being the same thing where is it defined in the court docs.

For example the court docs define the “Company” as “BioAmber Inc, BioAmber Sarnia, and BioAmber Canada”. Furthermore in the court docs after defining the word “Company” it has “Sale of the Company”

So please enlighten me on how the LCY Transaction is defined, what the LCY Transaction is, who submitted the LCY Transaction, when the LCY Transaction submitted in these proceedings
