$PMCB Kenny claims the IND will be ready in the coming week. Well, welcome to this week as being the coming week!

Kenny claims it will be then be submitted. Ok, 10-Aug is next Monday. Then we start the 30 day FDA clock. Which runs out on 07-Sep. Which also means Kenny has to tell SHs whether or not it was approved in the Sep 10Q


What Kenny gets out of this is that he has just juiced up the speculation about the IND. There will be no way to know when it has gone in as usual. But in one month either Kenny announces the IND has been accepted for a Phase 2b, and it's registered in the CT database, or he has lied outright.

I wouldn't be surprised if next week, he announces another one of the "minor" tasks has been completed. An unforced error! Or he can create more speculation by ... silence. Say nothing for a couple of weeks. Then pivot to Covid for a PR pump.
