SIAF has been up almost continuously since the day the lawsuit settlement was announced on July 15, and pretty strongly since the terms of the settlement were revealed.
The actual press release and 8K revealing the settlement terms only came out Friday, so most investors only learned about it last Friday.
The settlement news is huge, and I think that's what is still driving the stock higher.
I would surely like to see the operational update, but we have had many operational updates over the years with very little impact on the share price.
This rally is clearly based on optimism based on the settlement, not on any anticipation of the operational update.
