Rich Thomas acquired control of SFIO from Universal Management (Corionne Washington, whom you should be addressing your "great questions" to) and still has control of it. Then Thomas tried to bring "assets' or acquisitions into SFIO and failed dismally to deliver on the funding required (had none and still has none) hence, no PR. AND most importantly, the first steps required to bring the company into compliance, which was probably a major deliverable not met for the RM to take place. Pretty basic stuff to find actually. Do your own DD and keep it factual.
