Not a bad deal. 15% discount to close which seems to be typical. Hopefully this should boost the balance sheet and put them in position to begin U.S Phase for Phase 3 concurrently with the China Phase 3 trial. I bought some in the mid .90's Friday and then in the mid .70's in the aftermarket.
In this for another 18-24 months, that is when phase 3 should be complete. I think when the trial is done the average time to get NDA submitted is about 5-6 months, unless you are a PFE type company.
They now have well over $35 million market cap for NASDAQ. They have until November for stock to trade over $1.00 for 10 days to cure the last deficiency. Unless they get an extension.
