The AS is 25 billion. The OS is 13.3 billion with 7.6 billion restricted. With a trading OS in the 5.7 billion range it can still move with some good pump news. Don’t get me wrong this ticker is a complete POS but if they put some news out it’s possible for it to move. Still a scam though lol
