#196374 RE: Almost A Myth #196373

TOS rules apply to all posters. Moderators are not expected to post any differently than anyone else, within TOS. I have encountered very few "rogue" moderators, and Admin addresses them when alerted.

There's a Report TOS to alert Admin to possible post violations.
There's Request Review option to alert Admin to possibly wrongly deleted posts.

...Stop allowing rogue mods to take control of boards and desecrate the posted forum rules. Moderators are supposed to be example setters who promote the civil exchange of on topic information. So why are rogue mods who use their position to crush all forms of civil exchange regarding on-topic information being protected, while the honest investors who want to use the platform for its intended purpose....to talk about relevant DD in an orderly and civil manner....are targeted with personal attacks on the board, victims of PM attacks, and then nit-picked/deleted/warned when they break a rule or two trying to defend their right to have orderly discussion....

Perhaps you'd prefer different TOS rules? Personally, I would prefer a few more cuss words be restricted. But I don't make the rules, so I do not delete those posts, even though I might like to.

"Moderators are supposed to be example setters who promote the civil exchange of on topic information."

When the hell did that happen?

I want a raise.
