This tells me that CEO Hagen was working with the undercover FBI agents which we suspected all along. The original arrest warrant clearly stated that criminal ringleader Vacarro told agents that the company CEOs didn’t know about the scam and were not to be told. It also explains somewhat why Hagen has been so quiet over the past year. What a difficult situation he has been in.
