I think the 10-K will be released soon. The 10-Q will probably not be released until near the due date. However, I think each of them will be filed as soon as they are approved by the auditors.
There is nothing sacrosanct about Mondays. In the past, Mexus has issued PRs on other days of the week, including Friday.
