Sorry but that is completely wrong. The matter was thoroughly investigated, and of course the ticker was halted. That's not being contested.
There is no denying truth that's in black and white. Novagen was halted because of UNTIMELY FILINGS ONLY.
When statements of fact can be supported by court documents that tell what actually happened that's what's important.
However, yes unscrupulous crooks tried that scam angle on Nugent to no avail once investigated, and thanks to REAL FEDERAL INVESTIGATION the matter was revealed.
My theory, not to state it as fact with no documentation to support it, is that Nugent was so stressed out by scammers trying to ruin him that he neglected to get those filings out in a timely manner. Thus the court as the record shows suspended the stock.
Non promotion, scam etc., is 100% wrong generally speaking as has been posted various times by different ones, because to date no evidence supporting such claims has ever been posted by anyone. Until such time as documents are supplied to prove that idea it is 100% NOT CORRECT.
My idea as to what actually happened with Nigent is a theory, but a reasonable one based on facts (documents I have provided to the board indicating no fraud etc., on his part). If I ever get the documents to support my theory as to the ordeal he went through, I'll gladly provide them to the board for review generally speaking as I always do.
However, once again this is very old discussion that has ZERO to do with Tautachrome.
