There are two answers,
1: Accelerated filers file earlier than small filers.
TDA says Friday, Aug 7.
Yahoo says between the 6th and the 10th, you can see it in Yahoo fins.
and over the years if you look, it's always on a Friday after hours.
cept pandamic times.
2: they could be now a small filer, in that case, it may be a week later,
putting it out to Friday the 14th.

if we don't see a P/R concerning earnings next week by Wed. about Friday, then you have to back it up a week

Q is due 45 days after quarter end, which puts us no later than the 17th if they file on time and host a cc.
