Huge Dilution has been holding this down! Nobody knows dilution will be done and no body knows for sure that RS won't happen in the near future! A lot of uncertainties have been going on here. Well according to so many great news and tweets, this wouldn't be sitting here if weren't because of endless dilution. JMO
