yes they are thinking....We can buy this company, issue cool cards to our members, sell them a movie package for $9.99 a month, pay the theaters $30 a month for the movies and make billions!

There is no management. HMNY is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy - automatic liquidation.

Even if someone wanted to buy the assets, they can certainly do so very cheaply without buying the equity (common shares).

There is ZERO chance the common shareholders will receive anything.

The stock is completely without value, and anyone holding HMNY shares will lose 100% of their investment.
