Looks like a wait and see but let's face it, investors lost money, he slanders Nader, slanders Cytodyn and tries his hardest to twist facts but implicates himself. Even the basic layman sees that. If you feel it's a two way street and AF tries to go after NP he better triple check the facts and then do it. By accusing Cytodyn of any wrong doing and stock manipulation (like AF himself does) is only hurting him countless times over. He's not sharp enough to get out of this one
