Most likely yes. If you know anything about Randy Torno, Ed Bollen, and Henryk Dabrowski (and a lot has been posted here) - yes unless these scam artists got religion, decided to stop running scams (like ANCE, PJET, CIAU and many more) and were granted genius brains in return for their remorse.
