None of this matters at this point.
The Brinks truck just backed up to CYDY HQ with $25M greenbacks in the bag. This keeps CYDY afloat and they weather whatever nonsense AF wants to throw CYDY's way at this point. (And I forget, another 100M shares authorized to raise operating capital if needed)
CYDY BOD already has Plan B on deck. NP and MM already have termination/pay-out agreements in place for when they need to exit stage left.
The so-called AF dossier of embarrassment is moot for CYDY. Only embarrassing for NP at this point. The BOD would move NP in a NY-minute if NP becomes too big of a distraction, once this hits the NASDQ and after an EUA.
And lastly, do you think anyone gives a rats-a__ about NP's bio when they or their loved one is dying by themselves on a hospital ventilator? Do you think any medical practitioners will care?
Heck, do you think "the Street" is going to care about NP's bio when CYDY starts to print $$$; and for that matter, after some Govt (US or otherwise) buys their entire current stockpile of LERO, with backlog order for as much as Samsung and AGC can produce?
