Just got off the phone with the principle lawyer at bcplaw in Washington D.C. requesting contact with the Bcplaw people overseas. She said she would relay a message to them. She became very icy at the end of the conversation. I suspect nothing will become of this but this email is to verify that I contacted them and she agreed to forward my message.
