Yes that's kinda true for now. I wouldn't buy either today. As you said, it's nice to have a settlement and that's why the stock tripled but we obviously need real action showing up. In theory there should be enough catalysts coming up in the next few weeks and months if they deliver on the settlement. And then one buck is not out of reach IMO.

I just think they're hoping/waiting for some you damn fine looking Swedes to finally throw in the towel after all these years.
