Yes, though the body is not yet conditioned to the virus, so it has not yet formed antibodies. Typical vaccines introduce an element of the virus (live yet neutered or dead or a piece of it) into the body to trigger the body to create the antibody defenses. Leronlimab in combination with a piece of the virus could be a solution, or perhaps Leronlimab on its own would act as a prophylactic because it would prepare the immune system for a viral onslaught without the overreaction seen when the virus phase becomes the immunological phase. I'm guessing that the vaccines when eventually ready will be cheaper. Leronlimab could be a solution for front line healthcare workers and those with compromised immune systems.
