The filing of the lawsuit will set off a whole chain of events.
I suspect the following as a start:
(1) Intel now has standing (and motivation) to challenge the validity of the patent
(2) HDVY can now depose Intel engineers in an effort to prove their claims. I don't know if they have taken advantage of the ability to do depositions prior to filing suit or not. An obvious place to start here is with the two engineers listed on the original INTC patent. Unfortunately for HDVY, both are residents of China, which may make enforcing a US subpoena difficult.

-- For those that took the time to read the entire complaint:
Was there any deposition testimony from experts included, either transcript or summary? If so, I would be interested in reading those sections.
