I hope you'll reconsider, and buy back in. Selling now may prove to be one of those mistakes you'll regret for years to come. What do you have to lose at this point? You can bail out later with a nice profit, if you still want to at that time.

I am sorry to see this but you have to do what is right for you and I cant argue with that. Reverse splits for uplistiting are a common tactic to maintain minimum price. Last night I spent a little time searching "Reverse Split for Uplist" and read up on quite a few recent stocks who went thru the same process and had great success.
