I wouldn't even take a shot at that, not knowing the stock or its price or a dozen other things I would want to know. The volume looks pretty puny. But one or two days to cover is certainly not unusual. Take a look at some other stocks to get a better idea of the range.

Here's a biotech that has been heavily shorted on and off. Notice that the wild swings in volume affect the days-to-cover just as much as fluctuations in the short position:
