Deadline for the third quarter is today. Which means if they are on schedule the project should be COD by today. They never released news on the date of an event. They do the filing usually that day or the following day then it has to be submitted and reviewed for release. Every submission to the SEC is reviewed, regardless of what anybody else might comment on this I know that for a fact. The reviewers are the ones that decide if news is significant enough for trading to be halted on a stock weather it's bad or good. Not implying this news would be that big, simply stating the facts about the process. They have up to 4 business days to report an event. I'm pretty sure they're going to want to report this as soon as possible they may already have a prepared report ready for submission just waiting to fill in the date. I'm sure they want to get this out there as soon as possible.
