Previously ACTL always had 100M ~ 200M shares of Huge sell-off at 0.0001 after it hit 0.0003! But in the New cycle only less than 20M shares dumped at 0.0001 so far! Why?
Anyway so far ACTL has performed very well! Hope to see 0.0003 again, instead of another round of Huge sell-off!

Now both ACTL (700M/10B shares OS/AS) and its peer PUGE (635M/2.99B shares OS/AS) are trading at the Same price 0.0001 while PUGE/ACTL ever hit 0.0004/0.0003 just a month ago!
Note, the Real Bottom of ACTL is 0.00001 which is 90% below 0.000 v.s. PUGE has the Real Bottom 0.0001!
Their peer WOFA has much higher OS count (788M shares) but it is trading at 200%-Higher price 0.0003 now!
