Legally, Gerard Dab has until September 24th to submit the annual report.
He still has a transaction pending that should be reflected at the time of filing, which is why the annual report has not yet been filed.
They have not applied for federal subsidies, only from the agencies of the province of Quebec and have not yet received any subsidies.
The original platform VMCS is outdated, especially now that everything happens online. But no organization in North America has been able to implement something similar to the workflow summer style many years ahead in terms of formatting medical knowledge to improve results.
They are also working with another company and a government agency in the field of covid 19 prevention and control.
Due to the corona crisis, Dab had to stay in France for a longer period of time.
It would be nice if VisualMed is modernized and a good explanation is given in the annual report.
As Dab wrote in February 2020 that the company needs to find other opportunities in more business friendly health care sectors, we hope of course that he has succeeded.
