One thing though, I still can't see bid and ask on my platform... wonder why? Anybody knows? =)

When a stock is relegated to the Grey Market, the market makers are gone and there is no Bid/Ask. It's a matched trading system between broker-dealers, thus no longer an "auction". It is essentially a blind trade, i.e. the seller suggests a price, then the broker-dealer "searches" for a buyer somewhere, who is willing to pay the seller's suggested price. If the broker-dealer fails to locate a buyer that is willing to pay the suggested price, there is no trade.
