Might dip into the 3's if Cameron & team know that the uplisting is a week or more out... but we'll be back to at least $4 whenever the company is about to get uplisted since that's a requirement.
An increase in authorized shares in the companies articles of incorporation is not an increase in shares outstanding. Should have no effect on PPS, unless they decided to do a public offering of those authorized shares. It's more for planning for the potential future growth of the company.
