I agree with the fundamentals being that of a big board stock. But, I also know that Neal has positioned himself in this spot to capitalize on this up and coming technology. Technology will be exclusive only for a short time. Then it get dissected and duplicated. This will be a much faster rise than your post would suggest. IMHO

Further more, the group that is manipulating this down most likely know their time to buy is limited before BIG news hits. Not RUMORS, but actual buy out/ big contract news.
