JMO but I don't think the judge will approve Jefferies or the EC... Judge has to do what is best for the estate.. He has already said:

Judge Jones - speed is important to retail esp. longer it goes = bad for estate

Judge - EC formation - not a war chest

Susberg - speed is important and needs to go faster


Adding anything here will extend the timeline and drain $$ from the company, never mind frustrate buyers..

Q1 merger activities - 200mil form 10-Q


If you add up all the short volume from the 16th to now 20mil + today..IMO we are done today with covering and see movement upward...
