They better use this facility wisely. I am so ticked-off about this, using such a shady company. It doesn't say much for Elite's belief in generating positive cash flow anytime soon. It also doesn't say much in anyone's belief in the company if they had to resort to such toxic funding.
I'm probably one of the longest holders in this stock; as I recall, there were around 20mm shares outstanding when I made my first purchases. Now, over a billion with dilution coming.
