That's what I heard him say too.. In my mind no need to speculate, sometimes it takes longer agree with that. It's a BK... Recovery of any type for shareholders is all that matters.. And based on what we know today potential for that is very, even extremely likely..

If they have bids then procedures are a formality for the court and public.

I laugh at people who think they will get in after confirmation of bid, is all this manipulation for show?.. I think not.

When it does happen after hours announcement - stock halted and let go much higher...
