How else to explain the PPS involving 1.8B+ shares not zooming past Pluto?

Then there are the occasions when a 3rd party contracts in a MM to dump the stock in a given price range with a given volume. Then we suddenly have a Short selling conspiracy. Because some site that tracks daily short interest says so. The hell with SEC Rules 201-203! LOL
