#197059 RE: Little G #197053

Ben intimated that there was cross-contamination but the news of using an outside contractor wasn't brought to my attention....

Here's the thing though:

The PR stated:

KRAIG BIOCRAFT LABORATORIES IMPLEMENTS NEW MEASURES TO ENSURE YEAR ROUND PRODUCTION AND QUALITY OF ITS COMMERCIAL SILK PRODUCTION-January 30, 2020

The Company embarked on an aggressive winter production rollout to accommodate urgent requests for materials from specific collaboration partners and potential customers. The result was a launch in what is normally the Vietnamese silk offseason. In this process we discovered and addressed two challenges, obtaining quality mulberry for feedstock and climate controls in the new facility during the offseason.

Climate control was additionally addressed in the PR:

Whereas, for the following winters, the Company will enhance its climate control protocols, to ensure uniform and consistent year round production.

This is where I feel climate control became a visual issue....

Either the mulberry leaves or cocoons (or both) were affected by the inadequate climate protocols set in place.

=============

I did bring up the fact that more than 6 weeks has passed, since the NASDAQ application was filed....

Whatever Ben may know about it, he is presently restricted from stating to the public...

Though I did pose the possibility of a denial and KBLB appealing....

To that, Ben felt The Company would be compelled to publicly notify, if this were the case....
