The FDA doesn’t care about a patent. We’re in an emergency pandemic. ALL studies point to our ideal as THE BEST way to treat this and EVERY coronavirus going forward...HANDS DOWN!! READ THE PATENT. And Read the reviews that STOCKROOMBULLY posted many times.
When we filed for the US patent we are already covered... patent pending!!... let them do their job and let the FDA do theirs.
I suspect Sunshine Biopharma will be making a huge announcement based on the FDA at anytime. Later we will get the patent news, but the FDA is what matters here in FAST TRACK mode imo.
Fast Track designation must be requested by the drug company. The request can be initiated at any time during the drug development process. FDA will review the request and attempt to make a decision within sixty days.
