The Shares Authorized,
is not used in any fundamental of financial calculation,
to determine company value.



They bumped the A/S up to 2 BILLION shares.

On April 15, 2020 the Company amended it’s Articles of Incorporation with the State of Nevada increasing its authorized capital to 2,000,000,000 shares of common stock.


Don’t kid yourself - with Rubin converting his note and the new notes added you better believe it will have a bearing on the pps.
