We don’t see if it is discharged until POR is closed. Which I don’t think so.. Guarantee stays.. contract (prospectus) cannot be easy to modify or replace. “PROSPECTUS IS A CONTRACT”

They have, if they are not,the property trustee should force them to do that.As per prospectus, if they fail to do so, CT holders should sue LBHI.
