I don't think IR has anything to do with this. Besides, it has also rallied with this new IR. The problem is: no filings, no new news since early June, and no updates on existing announcements like the UK contract. Get it together PCTL!

The only explanation in my mind is that they have some deal cooking in the background. I don't think they're just incompetent.

Cannot prove that his revenue “projections” are even anywhere close to the truth..
