Many Lazar Shells r/s but most have O/S counts in the 100's of millions.

We have 7MM.

My policy is the lower the O/S the more money (shares) I will let ride into the big reveal party.

Most of the time you are going to be disappointed. That's just the way it is.

I am looking for the time when there is no r/s and a great company coming in.
