Thanks, good points. I didn't know about the Healgen relationship history. Was just thinking the MG stakeholder could be seen as competition. Someone here suggested ABMC could make their own test too, which certainly would be competition.
Hopefully all is well, but I did just see that the CEO responded to me and basically said in reference to the distribution deal and the Louisiana pdf that the company doesn't respond to 'rumors'.
I have a very hard time with that. I don't consider these to be 'rumors', do you? And clearly these have had more than a flash response by the market -- there has been a massive and sustained response to these things. How does a company see that as so 'immaterial' as to not deserving a response?
If these are just 'rumors' we are in trouble, are we not?
