Agree with most of your post. However, FHFA and numerous courts informed us that only FHFA can bring lawsuits against itself while the corporations are in conservatorship. So, tolling for warrants shouldn't start until they are out of conservatorship or the court rules definitely that shareholders can file lawsuits against FHFA while in conservatorship. This is no different than a minor gaining emancipation. Just because the guardian swindled the funds 7 years earlier doesn't mean the former ward is time barred from suing the guardian.
