ABMC - RE: MP Biomedicals Owns 13% in ABMC or 4.7M Shares


Some possible opportunities:

1. MP Biomedicals may already have a relationship with ABMC and may supply them with their test kits upon getting FDA EUA for a USA distribution channel.


2. MP Biomedicals could move to acquire ABMC by increasing their share count in a hostile takeover.


3. If AMBC is experiencing supply shortages, sold out periods, back-order status, etc., then having a second supplier to meet the market demand and keep their sales numbers high makes good sense.


4. If there's a future disruption in the test kit supply from Healgen, then ABMC can still maintain strong sales with test kits from a different supplier. And, vice versa.


MP Biomedicals is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Valiant Co., Ltd., a publicly listed (Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SHE) China) company focused on advanced chemical materials.


MP Biomedicals is intending to apply for FDA EUA for their Covid-19 test kit (Could take a while)




The Covid-19 Rapid Test kits ABMC is currently offering are from Healgen / Zhejiang Orient Gene Biotech Co., Ltd. (ZOG) and are FDA EUA approved.

ZOG is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and their share price is up 300% with a reported 1300% profit increase in their most recent quarterly reports.

MP seeing first hand how quickly $ABMC has distributed tests . Would be smart move to take over $ABMC and get them to distribute their antibody test only ! $ABMC
