nycjgalt, you are entiteled to your opinion and I respect it.
Here is what I have to say about what you wrote:
I do feel that the company is trying to some degree to please us but the information we are entitled to should not be hidden from us all this time. There has to be a point where you have to draw the line somewhere. I believe the line has now been clearly drawn.
We have been promised many things and are still waiting for them today after promise after promise after promise. We as shareholders own this company. It is our right and we DEMAND that we get clarification now, not later.
The ungagging of the TA is a first step. Nothing new was really discovered in it that we didn't already know. But where is the verifiable information that is so overdue? Why must we sit and wait when our money has been shrunk by misinformation and the lack of information?
I cannot and will not sit around and watch my investment go down the toilet without a real fight. As a shareholder and as an owner of this company I demand answers now.
I don't expect everyone to share my opinion. We are all entitled to disagree. That's what makes the world go round. It's our money on the line and I will not sit and take no action because I believe that is why we are where we are now.
The letter I wrote on December 10th to me says it pretty clearly. Many have lost thousands because of the way things were handled. The company has a responsibility to us shareholders and they cannot be released of this responsibilty.
Anything we can do to help our investment is a good thing. Sitting and crying about it while doing anything about it is everyone's choice but not mine.
