Definitely looks interesting, they have a $18.5M contract with the US Navy.

I would think $4.50 would be a good price, given that the $21M raised in February was @ $4.00, just not sure I'm going to buy any yet. I probably should, the last RILY ticker was CRKN, it started trading at $2 and hit $10 bucks.

I have noticed RILY does not typically have many shares, though I have only recently started watching that MM. Might only be a couple hundred @ $4.50, and it moves to $5+....hard to say.
