The CEO of PVDG isnt transparent at all. If Katzaroff was to be open and honest with Joe public investor he would have released a copy of his agreement for the purchase of those domain names he got from Netter. Mind you I dont think open and honest is part of Katzaroffs vocabulary. I smell a rat and something really stinks here at PVDG. If PVDG has issued 30 million restricted shares to Netter how come they havent shown up in the restricted share column of the T.A. update to the OTC?
