I know your knew here but are you knew to trading... do you know what Nasdaq delinquent means... do you know what failure to maintain the minimum bid means... or are you just required to keep saying RS RS RS RS...
Do some DD on the Nasdaq and you will see that any stock that is delinquent past the 30 days will most likely file for a reverse split of IF NEED BE THEY CAN DO IT TO MAINTAIN THEIR LISTING ON THE NASDAQ.
Thats the answer to why... problem is very few ever have to enact it... these guys wont...so listen very carefully THERE IS NO RS COMING.
