I would say that's an impossible number to know ATM. First you need to know how many companies file, that can be know, Then you need to subtract those that have filed up to this point, that can known, late or otherwise.

Then from the remainder determine which have not filed yet due to reasons other than covid (can't know that) the balance would be the answer to your question.

I'd wager all my shares that it's more than one filer. But that's just a guess because I watch the news (any outlet), I have seen it's impact personally, and I know how companies I deal with have been impacted.
