I too am not sure why after four years of talk and one step forward and two back - and consistent battling in court for every inch of every issue - people think Biden can be worse

PPS went from 2 or so to 4 or so in anticipation of the great DJT

And over his term it went back to 2

I think a Biden administration would simply let things play out and go along with the SCOTUS decision.....unless he decided to put someone extremely aggressive/with a major agenda for the GSE's in the housing administration.

It's possible, but I think more likely not.

Biden would be the opposite of Trump in this regard. He would put people he wants in place to do their jobs and let them do it. He would be an overseer much more than a hands-on guy, due to his long experience in government and age, IMO.
