I don't see that from the Court, I only see 7/16 was a "Amended Notice of Hearing" for PDGO. 7/16 is the last date on the scheduled court doc. Where did you see the 8/12 ?

Its the date for a hearing. Its not a grant date. If its contested and so far it is, there is unlikely to be a decision that day.
