4.3 million best offer was in everyones best interest. The creditors did not object and the court approved it . Case closed .
Still waiting for that fairytale deal PWC got done behind the courts back . As its in none of the court filings . Just what is holding that up ?

And since that statement was made, the results of the CCAA and bankruptcy, namely the liquidation and shutdown of the company, happened. Will the shareholders sue that judge for “misleading” them? That would be fun to watch.
